Description of the Service
EasyCargo is a web-based load optimization software. Your use of the Service is your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; however, Provider Bee Interactive s.r.o. will do all it can to provide you with a 99% uptime of the Service.
You must provide:
- Your full legal name.
- A valid e-mail address.
- Any other required information to complete the sign-up process.
You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. One company or individual may not maintain more than one free account.
You agree to accept e-mails with updates or other information regarding EasyCargo. These e-mails will not be sent to you more often than once per month. You can unsubscribe from receiving these e-mails with unsubscribe link included in such an e-mail.
Bee Interactive s.r.o. gives you access to have a promo-license account for ten days. In case your company wants a full account, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly, yearly, or individual agreed basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade accounts, or unused months with an open account. All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for the payment of all such taxes or duties. If you upgrade or downgrade your account, you will be invoiced with the new rate next billing cycle.
In case you pay with PayPal, you must also accept PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy.
Should you decide to order and pay or have ordered and paid EasyCargo license, we can present your company logo in the list of EasyCargo references. In case you wish not to be listed in our reference list, please let us know using the contact form on the EasyCargo webpage.
Modification to Fees and Services
Provider Bee Interactive s.r.o. reserves the right to change Service fees upon 30 days notice from us and reserves the right to discontinue any account’s Service upon 30 days notice by us.
You are responsible for not registering more than once to obtain ten days for free. One person is allowed to experience EasyCargo for ten days for free only once. That also applies to one company personnel. In that case, only one person in the company can experience EasyCargo for ten days for free. We reserve the right to instantly cancel your Promo license if we detect a violation of these rules. If another person in the company needs to use an additional free trial period, please contact us to agree on an exception.
You will indemnify and hold Bee Interactive s.r.o. and its affiliates, agents, and employees harmless from and against any loss, liability, and expense (including reasonable attorney fees) suffered or incurred because of any claims, proceedings, or suits based on or arising out of the use of the Service.
Cancellation and Termination
You are solely responsible for the proper cancellation of your account. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting Service Support via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or phone call on demand. Any other way of communicating cancelations is not considered. There will be no refund if you cancel the Service before the end of your current, paid-up month or year, and you will not be charged after that. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation is immediate, and all of your content will be immediately deleted from our records.
The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bee Interactive s.r.o. and governs your use of the Service.
